Dr. Natalie Colicci is both a licensed, nationally board certified Naturopathic Physician and Nutritionist in the state of Connecticut. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Forensic Science, with a minor in Chemistry at the University of New Haven in West Haven, CT. She is a graduate of the Nutrition Institute at the University of Bridgeport, where she received her Master of Science in Clinical Human Nutrition. Dr. Colicci completed her medical training at the University Of Bridgeport College of Naturopathic Medicine.


Upon graduation, Dr. Colicci joined the D'Adamo Clinic, where she trained for several years with world renowned Naturopathic Physician and author Dr. Peter J. D'Adamo. During her years with this clinic, she studied Nutrigenomics (study of the effects of foods and food constituents on gene expression) extensively and applied the principles of the science of Individuality with her patients of all ages. Her work with Dr. D'Adamo included extensive training with both the Blood Type and GenoType diet systems. While with the D’Adamo Clinic, she also served as a technical writer for North American Pharmacal, a nutriceutical company. In addition, Dr. Colicci co-authored a chapter on Nutrigenomics for the Foundations of Naturopathic Medicine project and conducted research studies.

Dr. Colicci's approach to medicine is a functional one, incorporating natural therapeutics and holism with a foundation in science. She is experienced with various diseases that have included: asthma, allergies, auto-immune disease, infertility, diabetes, and cancer. Her training encompasses: physical medicine, functional medicine, botanical and nutritional medicine, acupuncture, as well as homeopathy.

She is a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians and holds Master Level certification for the Institute of Human Individuality as well as the Certification Board for Nutrition Specialists.
